Voices of Women in RPA
“Asking for help is a sign of strength” – Voices of Women in RPA
Empower women and other underrepresented groups to take risks and realize their full potential in the workplace.
Drive and increase footprint within the WIRPA community.
Ensure benefits of having a Diverse and Inclusive workforce are realized.
In our progressive technology world, women make up just 17% of the technology workforce and only 5% of enterprise technology leadership. The Women in RPA (WIRPA) initiative exists not only to celebrate the contributions of women at Blue Prism, but also women who are succeeding in Robotic Process Automation and the wider technology industry. We also strive to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce, by sponsoring women-centered business events, volunteering in our communities and providing learning opportunities for girls interested in technology careers. Members of our global community are committed to giving women and other under-represented groups a voice in this ever-evolving arena.
In recognition of International Women’s Day, we are celebrating that the number of women employed by Blue Prism has grown by 1165% since March 2017. This image includes just a few snapshots of our incredible female colleagues from around the world.
