Women in RPA

In our progressive technology world, women make up just 17% of the technology workforce and only 5% of enterprise technology leadership. The Women in RPA (WIRPA) initiative exists not only to celebrate the contributions of women at Blue Prism, but also women who are succeeding in Robotic Process Automation and the wider technology industry. We also strive to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce, by sponsoring women-centered business events, volunteering in our communities and providing learning opportunities for girls interested in technology careers. Members of our global community are committed to giving women and other under-represented groups a voice in this ever-evolving arena.
